4. Installation Instructions

Connect hydraulic pipelines strictly according to the oil inlet and outlet direction, and ensure all joints are connected tightly without loose gaps. 5. Operation Specification

Complete all installation work and pipeline connection, then carry out no-load test operation. Slowly fill hydraulic oil into the system and check all connection positions for oil leakage. After confirming no abnormal conditions, start formal equipment operation. Keep the circulating hydraulic oil clean in daily use, and avoid impurities entering the valve body to cause blockage and failure. It is forbidden to use the product beyond the rated pressure and working limit. When stopping the equipment, stop the working action first, then release the system internal pressure steadily.

6. Daily Maintenance

Regularly check the appearance and connection parts of the product, and deal with oil seepage and looseness in time. Replace hydraulic oil and system filter elements regularly according to the working cycle to ensure clean oil quality. Regularly observe the working action state of the valve, and adjust and maintain in time if slow action and unsmooth switching occur. Keep the product surface clean to prevent dust and oil dirt from accumulating and affecting heat dissipation and normal use. It is not allowed to disassemble the product privately without professional technical support, so as not to damage the internal precision matching structure.

7. Safety Precautions

All installation, disassembly, maintenance and debugging operations must be completed after the equipment is shut down, power is cut off and all hydraulic pressure is completely released, so as to prevent high-pressure hydraulic oil from causing personal injury. Operators shall abide by relevant safe operating norms. Keep the product away from high temperature heat sources, open fire and corrosive substances to prevent accelerated aging and performance failure. Once abnormal noise, excessive heating and functional failure occur during operation, stop using immediately and arrange professional personnel for inspection and troubleshooting.
