Description
1. General Description
2. Main Technical Specifications
Operating Voltage: DC, low power consumption, stable coil performance, low heat generation.
Working Pressure: High rated pressure, capable of continuous operation under full load with minimal internal leakage.
Fluid Compatibility: Standard mineral‑based hydraulic oil; fluid cleanliness per ISO 4406 or equivalent industrial standard.
Temperature Range: Stable operation across a wide ambient temperature range, suitable for normal and moderately harsh environments.
Response & Life: Fast switching response, long mechanical life, reliable repeated actuation.
Protection Class: High dust and water resistance, suitable for outdoor and rugged work sites.
3. Product Features
Precision Construction: Core components made of high‑strength, wear‑resistant materials; precision‑machined internal parts for smooth operation and extended service life.
Reliable Reset Mechanism: Built‑in high‑strength return spring ensures quick, accurate reset upon power‑off for safe, positive circuit cut‑off.
Optimized Flow Path: Smooth internal geometry reduces pressure drop and improves hydraulic efficiency.
Compact & Standardized: Standard cartridge dimensions for direct installation into common manifold blocks; saves space, easy for centralized assembly.
Low Noise & High Stability: Quiet operation, strong vibration resistance, stable performance under varying load conditions.
4. Installation Instructions
Preparation: Clean the manifold bore and all oil passages thoroughly to remove dirt, chips, and contaminants.
Insertion: Align the valve body with the mounting bore and insert smoothly until fully seated.
Fastening: Tighten the locking fitting to the standard recommended torque; do not over‑tighten to avoid thread damage or valve deformation.
Hydraulic Piping: Connect lines according to inlet/outlet markings; ensure correct flow direction to avoid malfunction.
Electrical Connection: Disconnect power before wiring; connect control cables per coil specifications and secure the harness to prevent vibration and abrasion.
5. Operation Guidelines
Pre‑operation Check: After installation, perform a no‑load test. Fill hydraulic oil slowly and inspect all connections for leakage. Operate only after confirming no abnormalities.
Energized State: When powered on, the solenoid actuates, opening the internal passage and allowing normal oil flow.
De‑energized State: When power is cut off, the spring resets the valve instantly, closing the passage and cutting off the hydraulic circuit.
Daily Use: Keep hydraulic oil clean; replace filters at regular intervals. Do not exceed rated pressure or voltage to prevent component damage.
Long‑term Shutdown: Cut off control power first, then fully release system pressure before maintenance or storage.
6. Maintenance
Regular Inspection: Check the valve body and mounting area for oil seepage or leakage. Replace seals promptly if worn or damaged.
Electrical Check: Periodically inspect wiring and connections for tightness, corrosion, or poor contact.
Fluid & Filter Service: Change hydraulic oil and replace filters according to the equipment maintenance schedule to maintain fluid cleanliness.
Troubleshooting: If operation becomes slow or unresponsive, inspect for contamination and clean internal passages as needed.
No Unauthorized Disassembly: Do not disassemble the valve without professional guidance; internal precision parts can be easily damaged.
7. Safety Precautions
All installation, disassembly, and maintenance must be performed with power disconnected and system pressure fully relieved to avoid high‑pressure fluid injury or electric shock.
Operators must follow standard safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Keep the valve away from corrosive substances and extreme heat to prevent performance degradation or structural damage.
If abnormal noise, overheating, or leakage occurs during operation, stop use immediately and arrange professional inspection and repair.
