ALARM Yellow Light: Input voltage too low, dual power supply redundancy synchronization abnormal
TEMP Red Light: Module internal temperature too high triggering warning
2. Usage Instructions
Installation Location
8110 mainframe is installed in slots 4 and 5, 8111 expansion frame is installed in slots 1 and 2. The system must be used in a dual-block redundant configuration.
Installation Procedure
Align the module with the rack slot and push it in smoothly, fasten the front end fixing latch, supports online hot swapping replacement, no need to stop and power off.
Wiring Specifications
The rear end of the rack is connected to a 24VDC DC power supply, strictly distinguish the positive and negative poles to avoid reverse connection. It is recommended to use two independent power supply circuits on site. Operating status
Normal operation: Only the PASS green indicator light remains constantly on, while all other indicator lights go out. The dual power supplies operate automatically to evenly distribute the load.
Fault handling:
When a fault alarm occurs, first check for issues related to the external power supply voltage and line short circuits. If there are no abnormalities in the external lines, simply replace the power module of the same model.
