Dual mode operation:

Client (Client): Sends read/write commands actively to remote EtherNet/IP devices (PLC, HMI, driver)

Server (Server): Responds to read/write requests from external master station (PLC, SCADA, upper computer)

Explicit messages: Supports EtherNet/IP Explicit Messaging (DF1 protocol encapsulation)

Multiple devices concurrency:

Client: Polls multiple remote devices simultaneously

Server: Accepts up to 20 master station connections simultaneously

Command optimization: Supports command queue, automatic retry, timeout handling, error status reporting

Data types: Supports integer, floating-point, string and other data formats

2. Ethernet communication performance

Transmission rate: 10/100Mbps full-duplex / half-duplex adaptive

Data delay: < 5ms (Ethernet data exchange)

Connection number: 100 commands for client / 20 connections for server

Network isolation: 1500Vrms isolation, protects PLC from network surges, interference

3. Backplane high-speed communication (PLC interaction)

Asynchronous data exchange: Module and PLC data interaction is independent of Ethernet, does not occupy PLC scanning time

Data mapping: 4000 bytes internal database, directly maps PLC controller labels

Interaction mode:

Periodic I/O data mirroring

Ladder diagram AOI, MSG instruction control

Real-time reporting of status, error codes

Transmission delay: < 1ms (high-speed backplane bus)
