RLX-IHW-E Product Description
 ProSoft Technology RLX-IHW-E, also named RadioLinx Industrial Hotspot wireless radio, is an industrial wireless Ethernet communication module for factory automation network system. It is designed to realize long-distance wireless transmission between PLC, remote I/O and HMI, supporting stable wireless networking for old automation equipment renovation.

This radio delivers reliable wireless bridging for industrial network tasks. The wireless bridging supports 802.11a/b/g standard with max 54Mbps transmission speed. The wireless bridging works in access point, repeater and client multiple operation modes. Stable wireless bridging maintains seamless communication for moving equipment such as AGV and crane.

The built-in RF circuit achieves steady data transmission. The data transmission supports IGMP snooping to optimize multicast industrial Ethernet traffic. The data transmission adopts AES encryption and MAC address filtering for network security. Accurate data transmission ensures control data interaction following automation network requirements.

DIN rail mounting structure brings convenient cabinet installation. Cabinet installation can be clipped directly inside electrical cabinet. Cabinet installation connects Ethernet and antenna ports via dedicated interfaces. Flexible cabinet installation is widely used for legacy RadioLinx system spare replacement.

RLX-IHW-E supports fast roaming, wide temperature operation and anti-vibration design, equipped with RJ45 Ethernet port and external antenna connectors. It has LED indicators for RF link status and fault diagnosis. Widely applied in material handling machines, automated warehouse systems and production assembly lines. This product is discontinued by ProSoft Technology, mainly supplied as industrial spare parts, complying with industrial wireless hotspot communication standards.
