## II. TMR Architecture & Functions
Triple Voting: Three independent CPUs operate synchronously with 2-out-of-3 (2oo3) voting mechanism; single-point faults will not disrupt system operation.
Real-time Diagnosis:
Full-link self-inspection for CPU, memory, communication and power supply
Automatic fault isolation, alarm triggering and redundancy switching
Onboard LED Indicators: PASS/FAULT/ACTIVE status display
System Capacity: Supports up to 96 I/O modules, compatible with 3503E/3604E/3704E/3805E and other models.
## III. Differences Between 3009 and 3501E (Main Controller)
3009 (UMP): Enhanced main controller with larger memory and stronger computing power, suitable for complex SIS logic, large-scale I/O and high-speed communication scenarios (v10/v11 systems).
3501E (MP): Standard main controller with basic configuration, applicable to small and medium-sized SIS and general logic applications (v9 and earlier systems).
## IV. Typical Applications
SIS/ESD: Emergency Shutdown, Fire & Gas System (F&G), Burner Management System (BMS)
Industries: High-risk scenarios including petrochemical, LNG, electric power, oil & gas, coal chemical and more
Matching Modules: Power Module 8312, AI Modules 3481/3721/3704E, AO Module 3805E, DI Module 3503E, DO Module 3604E
