THETA TH-PID-129 1/4 DIN Universal PID Process Controller

Overview The THETA TH-PID-129 is a panel-mounted PID controller manufactured by THETA Controls. It is designed for closed-loop regulation of temperature, pressure, humidity and flow in process and machine automation, widely stocked as spare for furnaces, packaging machines and heat treatment equipment.

Features This controller supports universal sensor input (TC, RTD, mV, mA, voltage). The TH-PID-129 comes with dual 4-digit LED display, auto-tuning PID, bumpless auto/manual transfer, configurable relay / SSR / analog retransmission output. It also supports alarm functions, timer, ramp-soak profile and RS485 Modbus communication option. It adopts front panel IP65 protection and complies with EMC standards.

Principle The controller reads the process value from the connected sensor, compares it with the setpoint, executes PID algorithm, and drives the actuator (heater, valve, SSR) to reduce deviation. It records alarm and trend data and can exchange data with HMI or PLC via Modbus.

Applications The TH-PID-129 is widely deployed in heat treatment furnaces, oven systems, plastic extrusion machines and packaging lines. It is used for temperature and process closed-loop control.
