Overview The TELEMECANIQUE XMLB020A2S11 is an XMLB series dual-threshold electromechanical pressure switch (Telemecanique Sensors, Schneider). It is designed for pressure monitoring and control of air, fresh water and hydraulic oil circuits, widely stocked as spare for hydraulic skids, compressors and industrial fluid control cabinets.

Features This pressure switch supports adjustable differential for two independent pressure setpoints. The XMLB020A2S11 is fitted with zinc alloy housing, IP66 protection, G1/4 female process port, PG13 cable gland and 1 changeover (C/O) relay contact. It has 5 million mechanical switching cycles, and can withstand ambient temperature up to 70°C. It also holds marine approvals including BV and DNV.

Principle Internal diaphragm responds to fluid pressure change. When pressure reaches the upper or lower preset threshold, the mechanical mechanism actuates the SPDT relay contact to send alarm or control signal to PLC/protection circuit.

Applications The XMLB020A2S11 is widely deployed in hydraulic stations, water pump systems, air compressors and marine fluid pipelines. It is used for pressure control, high/low pressure alarm and pump interlock protection.
