Overview

The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC METSEPM5320 is a PowerLogic PM5320 panel-mounted power and energy meter for low-voltage distribution systems. It supports up to 31st harmonic analysis, 0.5S energy accuracy and Ethernet Modbus TCP communication, widely stocked as spare for substation and building energy management.

Features This PM5320 meter integrates 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs, 35 configurable alarm thresholds and 4 tariff schedules. The METSEPM5320 records voltage, current, power, energy, power factor and harmonic data, stores data in 256KB onboard memory. It has a 128×128 monochrome graphic LCD for local reading and parameter setup.

Principle

The METSEPM5320 samples voltage and current waveforms continuously, calculates electrical parameters and harmonic components. It transmits real-time data to SCADA/BMS over Ethernet and triggers digital output alarms when values exceed configured limits.
