Overview

The BEIJER ELECTRONICS E100 is an early generation monochrome operator terminal from the classic E-series, also known as CIMREX 10. It supports RS232/RS485 serial communication for PLC connection, used for parameter setting, data display and machine alarm monitoring, widely stocked as spare for legacy packaging and machinery control systems.

Features This compact E100 HMI is programmed with E-Designer software. The E100 has membrane keypad operation without touch screen, built-in serial port for multi-brand PLC communication and non-volatile project memory. It is fully discontinued and replaced by E1012 / X2 series.

Principle

The BEIJER E100 exchanges cyclic data with the connected PLC over serial bus. It reads process values and alarms for display, and sends keypad input commands back to the PLC for setpoint adjustment and control triggering.

Applications

The E100 is widely deployed on old packaging machines, conveyor lines and general factory automation equipment. It is used for local operation and status monitoring for legacy PLC systems.
