Overview

The ABB JSHD4-2B is a safety relay module from the ABB JSHD4 safety product line. Principle

The ABB JSHD4-2B continuously checks the integrity of two safety input channels. When an emergency stop or safety door opens, the module de-energizes the safety output contacts and cuts off the power to the actuators. It also detects cross shorts and wiring faults on the safety circuit and prevents automatic restart after a fault.

Applications
