Overview

The FUZZYLOGIC HYC HYZ-7412 is a compact fuzzy logic controller developed by FuzzyLogic for industrial temperature and process regulation. It adopts fuzzy control algorithm instead of traditional single PID, delivering stable response for nonlinear, time-delay thermal processes such as heating furnaces, extruders and drying skids. It accepts universal thermocouple, RTD and 4–20 mA analog inputs, and provides relay or SSR drive output. It supports parameter setting, alarm function and local display. It is widely used as spare controller for plastic, rubber, chemical and thermal process automation skids.

Principle

The FUZZYLOGIC HYC HYZ-7412 samples the measured process value, compares it with the setpoint, calculates deviation and deviation change rate. Based on the built-in fuzzy rule base, it computes the optimal output value to drive the actuator, reducing overshoot and stabilizing temperature for hard-to-control nonlinear thermal loads.
