SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC ATS480C11Y is a 3-phase soft starter from Altistart 480 series, rated 110A normal duty (88A heavy duty), main voltage range 208–690V AC, control power 110–230V AC, adopting TCS torque control system for smooth acceleration and deceleration of asynchronous motors. The soft starter can drive 55kW@400V / 90kW@690V motors, effectively reduce starting inrush current and mechanical shock on pumps, fans, compressors and marine heavy-duty auxiliary motors. The soft starter supports both in-line and inside-delta connection modes, with built-in dynamic braking and DC injection braking function for fast stop of high inertia loads. The soft starter integrates standard Modbus RS485 communication via RJ45 port, optional communication modules including Profibus, Profinet, CANopen and EtherNet/IP for HMI and PLC networking. The soft starter is equipped with multi I/O terminals, PTC/PT100 temperature sensor interfaces for motor winding thermal protection, and records fault history for diagnosis.
