Description

LYNGSO MARINE DPS 2100 ENGINE SAFETY SYSTEM 271.157.681 / 962.005.700
LYNGSO MARINE DPS2100 is an independent marine main engine safety protection unit originally under STN Atlas / SAM Electronics, used for two-stroke and four-stroke marine propulsion diesel engines. This engine safety system independently monitors critical engine parameters including speed, lube oil pressure, cooling water temperature, exhaust temperature and vibration. The engine safety system executes graded protective actions including pre-alarm, slowdown and emergency shutdown once parameters exceed preset limits. The engine safety system adopts fail-safe design separated from governor and bridge manoeuvring system to avoid common-mode failure. The engine safety system serves as vital safety spare unit for engine room propulsion control cabinet overhaul and marine main engine safety system retrofit.

This DPS2100 unit is rack-mounted 24VDC powered equipment with built-in signal input terminals, relay output channels and local status indicators. DPS2100 supports serial bus communication to send fault logs and alarm signals to vessel alarm monitoring system. DPS2100 records shutdown event history for post-fault investigation and troubleshooting. DPS2100 complies with IACS and major marine class society requirements, widely installed on tankers, bulk carriers and container vessels.

As rugged marine safety hardware, this LYNGSO MARINE unit maintains reliable protection function under engine room vibration, high humidity and salt mist environment. LYNGSO MARINE DPS2100 spare parts include main safety unit, operating panels, signal interface boards and terminal accessories for propulsion safety system maintenance. LYNGSO MARINE engine safety systems are trusted replacement units for legacy marine main engine slowdown and shutdown protection systems.
