Description
64300-MT306 standard test block is manufactured from homogenized fine-grained reference metal material with stable acoustic impedance and uniform internal metallurgical structure. Fixed stepped thickness sections and standard sound reflection interfaces are precisely machined on the block surface. Inspectors use this block to complete routine calibration before thickness measurement and flaw detection operations, correcting instrument sound velocity parameters, checking the linearity of measurement readings and confirming the working state of ultrasonic probes and connecting cables. It is compatible with GE handheld ultrasonic testing instruments widely used in pipeline wall thickness detection, pressure vessel corrosion inspection and equipment material flaw screening.
