Description
GF868-1-31-21A adopts optimized correlation transit-time algorithm tailored for low-density gas media, solving measurement difficulties brought by turbulent flow, unstable gas composition and low sound velocity inside industrial gas pipelines. The external clamping installation mode needs no pipeline cutting, drilling or production shutdown during field deployment. No internal components contact measured gas medium, resulting in zero pipeline pressure loss and no blockage risk, which adapts to dirty, pulsating and bidirectional operating conditions of petrochemical flare pipelines, fuel gas delivery pipelines and industrial waste gas exhaust pipelines. The built-in multi-level digital filtering and waveform self-correction module suppress echo clutter caused by pipeline dirt deposition, inner wall corrosion and strong electromagnetic interference from workshop inverters and high-power motors, maintaining stable measuring accuracy under harsh industrial environments.
The transmitter is designed with local LCD display and physical operation buttons for on-site parameter configuration, real-time checking of instantaneous flow velocity, volumetric flow and accumulated flow data. It is equipped with 4–20mA analog output, Modbus RTU/TCP digital communication and built-in data logging function, which can upload measured data to DCS, SCADA and environmental supervision platforms synchronously to meet the data traceability requirements of environmental protection and metering management departments.
