703-1442-02 is an original factory matching signal cable for GE Panametrics ultrasonic flow transducers. It transmits excitation driving signals and ultrasonic echo feedback signals between clamp-on probes and flow transmitters, resisting industrial electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable flow measurement for gas and liquid pipeline metering systems.

Description

703-1442-02 is purpose-built to pair with GE P-series ultrasonic probes and mainstream host meters including XMT868, GC868, AT868 and XMT1000 series. The cable core adopts high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor with low impedance characteristics, effectively lowering energy attenuation of weak ultrasonic signals during long-distance laying along pipe supports, cable trenches and factory workshops, and retaining the integrity of echo waveforms required for flow calculation. A dual-layer shielding structure consisting of metal braided mesh and conductive wrapping layer is adopted inside the cable, which can effectively isolate electromagnetic noise generated by on-site frequency converters, large pumps, welding equipment and high-voltage power distribution cabinets, avoiding abnormal data jumping and waveform distortion during system operation.

The outer protective sheath is made of high-performance wear-resistant, oil-proof and anti-aging thermoplastic material, with good tolerance to damp environments, oil mist and trace corrosive gas in chemical plants, power stations and outdoor pipe galleries. The working temperature range covers -20°C to 70°C, and stable insulation and conductive performance can be maintained under 95% non-condensing humidity for long-term exposed or bundled laying. Both cable ends are equipped with injection-molded integrated connectors with accurate pin definitions, realizing seamless plug-and-play connection with transducer sockets and transmitter terminals without field manual wiring transformation. Built-in tensile buffer structure prevents internal wire breakage caused by long-term mechanical vibration and cable pulling stress on site.
