The MTS5-351-1S is a sealed integrated vibration pickup under GE mechanical condition monitoring products. It is fixedly mounted on bearing seats of fans, pumps and compressors to convert mechanical vibration into standard electrical signals, providing real-time vibration data for rack monitoring modules and early warning of mechanical faults such as bearing wear and rotor unbalance.

Description

GE MTS5-351-1S integrates a high-sensitivity piezoelectric sensing chip and built-in charge amplifier circuit, which simplifies signal impedance matching work on site and directly outputs identifiable vibration signals for GE monitoring systems. When rotating machinery operates, abnormal vibration generated by loose components, shaft friction and fatigue wear will be captured sensitively by the sensor, and the acquired vibration velocity and displacement signals can reflect the health status of rotating equipment in real time. It is widely matched with industrial monitoring systems in thermal power plants, petrochemical enterprises and gas stations for long-term online status supervision of rotating equipment groups.

The whole body adopts an integrally welded fully sealed stainless steel shell, with excellent resistance to oil mist, dust, moisture and trace corrosive gas in complex industrial workshops. The applicable ambient temperature ranges from -20°C to 70°C, and stable measurement linearity can be maintained under 95% non-condensing humidity during years of uninterrupted equipment operation. The bottom is designed with standard threaded installation holes for rigid locking installation; firm assembly effectively avoids measurement noise caused by equipment resonance vibration and ensures the authenticity of collected vibration waveforms. The matched shielded outgoing cable can shield electromagnetic interference from surrounding frequency converters and high-power motors, preventing waveform distortion and data drift in long-distance signal transmission paths.

Each MTS5-351-1S is calibrated with professional vibration shaker equipment before delivery, accompanied by insulation withstand voltage test and continuous powered aging screening to ensure consistent detection accuracy of individual products. Sensor seal aging, internal component drift and cable damage will easily trigger monitoring blind spots or false system alarms, bringing potential safety hazards to large-scale rotating units. Adopting certified original sensors for replacement supports plug-and-play installation without modifying system configuration parameters, significantly shortening equipment maintenance downtime and associated production losses.
