Description

GE MMS3-221-40-0400 is an integrated loop-powered vibration transmitter built with high-performance piezoelectric sensing element and built-in signal conditioning circuit. It directly converts mechanical vibration displacement and velocity produced by rotor imbalance, bearing wear, shaft looseness and friction into standard industrial analog signals. The internal circuit completes signal amplification, filtering and impedance conversion synchronously, which can be directly connected to GE monitoring modules and mainstream industrial control systems without additional signal processing accessories, simplifying field wiring layout and on-site debugging workload greatly.

The sensor body adopts an all-metal fully welded sealed stainless steel housing, possessing excellent resistance to oil mist, dust, moisture and trace corrosive gas in power workshops and petrochemical production areas. The applicable working temperature scope covers -20℃ to 75℃, and stable measurement linearity can be sustained under 95% non-condensing humidity for long-term uninterrupted operation. The bottom is equipped with standard threaded mounting interface for rigid fastening installation; solid installation structure eliminates measuring deviation caused by resonance vibration of equipment base. Equipped with double-layer shielded outgoing cable structure, it effectively isolates electromagnetic noise interference generated by surrounding high-power motors and frequency converters to guarantee stable and distortion-free vibration waveform transmission.
