Description
GE MMS35-321-1-000 is an integrated industrial vibration pickup customized for permanent mounting on rotating machinery bearing housings. Built with high-stability piezoelectric sensing chips and internal miniature charge amplification circuits, the sensor converts tiny mechanical vibration vibration displacement generated by rotor unbalance, bearing wear, shaft friction and mechanical looseness into standardized voltage signals for acquisition by the central monitoring system. The fixed internal circuit parameters match the signal acquisition threshold of GE 3500 series monitoring racks perfectly, requiring no extra signal conditioning modules during on-site installation and commissioning.
The outer casing adopts fully sealed stainless steel integral packaging structure with good waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion capability, tolerating mist, dust and trace corrosive gas in equipment areas. The operating temperature ranges from -20 °C to 70 °C, and stable measurement linearity can be guaranteed under 95% non-condensing humidity without condensation. The bottom surface is equipped with standard threaded mounting holes for rigid fixed installation, which effectively reduces measurement errors caused by loose installation during long-term unit operation. The outgoing cable is fitted with metal shielding layer to shield electromagnetic noise interference from nearby frequency converters and high-power electrical equipment and avoid real-time vibration data drift and waveform distortion.
Each finished MMS35-321-1-000 passes vibration calibration with standard vibration shakers, insulation withstand voltage test and long-term power-on aging screening before delivery, ensuring long-term measurement repeatability and consistency.
