Description
Olympus ILP-1 is a dedicated external LED light supply unit matching stereomicroscopes and metallurgical microscopes from Olympus industrial optical series. It replaces traditional halogen lamp light sources to solve defects such as high heat generation, short service life and unstable luminous intensity of conventional lighting devices. The built-in high-brightness LED chip group outputs uniform cold light, effectively avoiding thermal radiation damage to tiny precision samples like circuit boards, semiconductor chips and micro precision parts during long-time continuous observation and shooting. The integrated constant-current driving circuit keeps luminous brightness stable without obvious attenuation in long-term working state, guaranteeing consistent imaging quality for microscopic detection work.
The equipment is equipped with continuous adjustable brightness knob, which supports stepless light intensity regulation according to actual observation demands. The standard optical fiber interface is perfectly compatible with Olympus coaxial optical fibers and ring light guide accessories, realizing multi-angle flexible lighting layout inside the microscope objective lens area. The shell adopts sealed dust-proof structure, the internal heat dissipation channel is optimized, adapting to the working temperature range of 5°C ~ 40°C, and can run stably for a long time under 95% non-condensing humidity inside factory workshops and testing laboratories. The overall volume is small and lightweight, which is convenient to be placed beside the microscope workbench without occupying excessive operation space.
Every Olympus ILP-1 passes lumen calibration, aging lighting test and circuit safety inspection before factory delivery. Its service life is dozens of times longer than halogen light sources, greatly reducing the frequency of lamp tube replacement and routine maintenance workload for enterprises.
