GE 95C2001 Instrument Internal Wiring Harness Assembly

GE 95C2001 is a dedicated original cable harness designed for Panametrics moisture transmitters and ultrasonic flow meters. It realizes stable signal transmission between sensing probes and main control circuit boards, with built-in shielding structure to resist field electromagnetic interference, serving as a necessary wiring spare part for routine maintenance of GE gas analysis and flow measurement equipment.

Description

GE 95C2001 is a customized integrated cable assembly matched with HygroPro dew point transmitters, MISP series moisture probes and portable ultrasonic flow measurement instruments. It connects field sensing components, signal conditioning circuit boards and display mainboards to transmit weak measurement signals, power supply voltage and temperature compensation data synchronously. The overall wire core adopts high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor with stable conductive performance, effectively reducing signal attenuation during long-distance transmission inside instrument cabinets and sampling pipeline areas. The outer layer is wrapped with double-layer shielding structure composed of metal braided mesh and anti-aging insulating sheath, which can effectively isolate electromagnetic noise generated by surrounding frequency converters, high-power pumps and motor equipment to prevent measurement data drift and signal loss.

The insulating shell is made of industrial-grade fluorine-containing polymer material, featuring excellent oil resistance, damp resistance and weak corrosion resistance. It can adapt to the working temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and maintain stable mechanical toughness and insulating performance under 95% non-condensing humidity in closed instrument cabins. Both ends of the wire harness are equipped with factory-molded integrated connectors with precise pin definitions, which are completely plugged and matched with original equipment interfaces without pin rearrangement or wiring modification during replacement. The internal wiring layout follows standardized fixing technology to avoid wire loosening and short-circuit faults caused by long-term equipment vibration.

Each finished 95C2001 undergoes continuity testing, insulation resistance detection and tensile fatigue testing before leaving the factory to guarantee long-term transmission reliability. Aging, cracking and shielding failure of the original wiring harness are common hidden troubles of long-running GE analysis instruments, which will directly cause unstable dew point readings and abnormal flow data output. Adopting qualified 95C2001 replacement harness supports direct plug-and-play installation, shortens on-site instrument maintenance period and reduces unplanned shutdown losses of production devices.

Brand-new original wiring harnesses are used for factory assembly of new measuring instruments, while inspected spare harnesses are widely applied in the maintenance and overhaul of gas monitoring systems in natural gas stations, petrochemical plants and power enterprises. It safeguards the integrity of signal transmission links of industrial online detection equipment, lowers the failure rate of precision measuring instruments, and cuts the overall operation and maintenance cost of the fluid and gas quality monitoring system in long-cycle industrial production.
