GE 36DL Dew Point Moisture Analysis Module
Description
The GE 36DL serves as the main signal processing unit for the supporting MIS series moisture probes, undertaking signal acquisition, data calculation, temperature compensation and signal output tasks in the gas moisture monitoring loop. After the probe captures subtle moisture changes, weak analog signals are transmitted to the 36DL module for amplification, noise filtering and algorithm operation. Combined with real-time temperature data fed back by the probe’s built-in thermistor, the module automatically corrects measurement errors caused by medium temperature fluctuations, outputting accurate and stable dew point values in ppb or ℃ units for upper DCS system collection and on-site data display.
The module adopts a standard DIN rail mounting structure, which can be fixed neatly inside the analysis cabinet, matching the internal layout of most industrial instrument cabinets. The internal circuit board is equipped with multi-level surge suppression and electromagnetic shielding structures, which can resist signal interference generated by surrounding high-power motors and frequency conversion equipment. The working temperature adapts to the conventional cabinet environment of 0°C to 60°C, and stable operating performance can be maintained under 95% non-condensing humidity without condensation. Multiple standard signal output modes are reserved to achieve seamless connection with mainstream industrial control systems without additional signal conversion modules.
Every GE 36DL module passes factory standard gas calibration, long-term power aging test and insulation performance test before leaving the factory to guarantee measurement consistency and long-term operational stability. Long-term operation will lead to circuit aging and component drift of old analysis modules, resulting in abnormal dew point data and equipment system alarms. Using qualified replacement 36DL modules supports plug-and-play replacement without modifying system configuration files, greatly shortening field maintenance time and production interruption loss.
Original new modules are used for the construction of new gas dehydration monitoring projects, while tested refurbished modules are widely used in the maintenance and upgrading of old GE moisture monitoring systems in gas transmission stations, petrochemical enterprises and thermal power plants.
