The GE M2LRZ is a dedicated sampling filter matched to HygroPro transmitters and GE series online gas analytical instruments, installed on the front section of instrument sample pipelines to perform physical purification of incoming process gas. The overall structure adopts a miniaturized straight-through housing with standard thread interfaces for quick inline installation inside analyzer cabinets and narrow sampling pipelines without large-scale pipeline reconstruction. The built-in multi-stage gradient filter medium can intercept dust particles, condensed liquid mist and tiny corrosive impurities carried in natural gas, compressed air and chemical process gas, avoiding impurity adhesion on the surface of humidity measuring probes which would otherwise cause measurement drift, response delay or permanent sensor failure.The filter shell is made of corrosion-resistant metal material, with good tolerance to trace acidic and alkaline substances in industrial gas media. The built-in filter element has stable structural strength and is not easy to deform under continuous gas pressure fluctuation. It works stably in an ambient temperature range of -15°C to 70°C and adapts to the high-humidity environment inside instrument cabinets with relative humidity below 95% and no condensation. The flow channel design optimizes gas passing resistance, will not cause excessive pressure loss in the sampling loop, and maintains the original flow state required by the detection instrument for accurate data collection.Each M2LRZ finished product is subject to air tightness testing and filtration efficiency inspection before leaving the factory to guarantee consistent interception effect of impurities. In the long-term operation of petrochemical, gas transmission and power plant gas treatment systems, pipeline impurities are the primary factor leading to the performance degradation of expensive moisture sensors. This filter effectively isolates pollutants, extends the calibration cycle and service life of core measuring components, and reduces frequent maintenance and replacement costs of precision sensors. Original filters are used for new equipment assembly, while tested spare products serve as conventional maintenance consumables for old GE analytical equipment, effectively lowering unplanned shutdown risks of gas monitoring systems and supporting the continuous and stable operation of industrial online detection links.
