Description
The CRV-05-MB is purpose-built for the sampling loops of GE HygroPro moisture transmitters and inline gas analyzers, undertaking passive overpressure protection for closed instrument piping circuits. Featuring a compact monoblock valve body with standard threaded connections, the valve fits neatly inside analyzer enclosures and small-bore sample lines without modifying existing pipeline layout. The internal spring-loaded valve core is factory preset to a fixed relief threshold. When medium pressure rises above the safe rated value, the component opens rapidly to discharge excess pressure; after system pressure returns to normal working range, the valve closes tightly automatically to preserve pipeline airtightness and measurement stability.
Wetted surfaces are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel matched with chemical-resistant elastomer seals, compatible with natural gas, compressed air and common non-condensable industrial process gases. The sealing structure resists slow leakage under long-period pressure pulsation and temperature variation, adapting to an ambient working range of -10°C to 65°C with maximum 95% non-condensing humidity inside instrument cabinets. An internal buffer structure mitigates sharp pressure spikes from valve switching and flow adjustment, avoiding repeated valve flutter that accelerates wear on internal moving parts and sealing materials.
Every finished CRV-05-MB passes strict factory tests including relief pressure calibration, helium leak tightness detection and cyclic fatigue testing to guarantee stable relief accuracy and long service life. Abnormal pressure surges frequently occur during gas sampling switching and process flow fluctuation, which may cause irreversible damage to high-cost moisture probes and precision pressure sensors.
