Description

GE DLM-1500 is a handheld portable ultrasonic flow measurement instrument developed for field temporary flow measurement, pipeline flow verification, water balance testing and short-term flow monitoring demands. The overall host adopts lightweight reinforced casing design, matched with external clamp-on transducers, needing no pipeline cutting, pipeline drilling or system shutdown during installation and usage, which will not cause any damage to original piping and process medium delivery.
The equipment adopts optimized transit-time differential algorithm, equipped with self-adaptive digital noise reduction system. It can effectively filter interference signals caused by fluid micro-bubbles, pipe wall scaling, on-site mechanical vibration and ambient electromagnetic disturbance, and maintain stable and accurate measuring data under complex industrial field conditions. This flow meter supports a wide range of pipe materials, covering carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, copper and various composite pipelines, and adapts to common industrial media such as circulating water, process water, oil products and low-viscosity industrial liquids.
Built-in high-capacity rechargeable battery supports long-time outdoor continuous measurement work. The equipped high-definition display screen intuitively shows instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, flow velocity and waveform status, with backlight design suitable for dark environments such as pipeline trenches and indoor equipment rooms. Standard data storage function records measured data in real time, and measured records can be exported via data interface for later report sorting and data archiving.
With integrated automatic calibration and sound velocity compensation functions, operators can quickly complete parameter setting and meter calibration according to actual pipe parameters on site, lowering the operation threshold for field inspectors. The matched transducer fixture is easy to fix and disassemble, and the matched high-temperature transducer option can meet the flow detection demand of high-temperature medium pipelines.
