GE 26/26 is a rack-mounted monitoring module used for collecting and processing equipment vibration signals. It ensures real-time condition monitoring for rotating machinery in power and petrochemical units.

Description

GE 26/26 is a dedicated signal acquisition board designed for the online vibration monitoring system of rotating equipment such as steam turbines, generators, fans and pumps. Installed inside the standard monitoring frame, the module receives analog vibration signals output from acceleration and velocity sensors mounted on mechanical equipment bearings and shafts.
Built-in high-precision signal conditioning circuits complete amplification, filtering and isolation of original weak vibration signals. It effectively filters high-frequency clutter generated by on-site power frequency interference and mechanical background noise, avoiding distorted data leading to false alarms of unit faults. The module supports multi-channel synchronous sampling, synchronously capturing vibration amplitude, vibration frequency and phase data of multiple measuring points at the same time.
Calibration parameters are solidified after factory standard calibration, maintaining stable sampling accuracy during long-term continuous operation. The board surface is coated with protective paint to resist cabinet moisture, dust and slight corrosive gas erosion, adapting to the harsh operating environment of power plant machine rooms and chemical device areas. Standard backplane bus connection mode realizes quick plug-in installation and replacement, reducing system maintenance downtime during equipment overhaul.
Measured vibration data is transmitted to the upper monitoring host through the internal bus for fault spectrum analysis, abnormal vibration early warning and historical data recording. Operators can judge mechanical failures including bearing wear, rotor unbalance and shaft misalignment according to the data fed back by the 26/26 module. Widely used in thermal power generating set safety monitoring, large rotating machinery state evaluation and predictive maintenance management, it reduces unexpected shutdown risks caused by mechanical failures and improves the overall operation safety of industrial units.
