Olympus ILP-1 is a matched lighting accessory independently developed by Olympus for industrial borescopes, microscopes and visual inspection equipment. Adopting efficient halogen cold light source design, the equipment is equipped with professional heat insulation structure, which isolates heat radiation generated by the light source and effectively prevents high-temperature scalding on detected parts, electronic components and precision casting surfaces during long-time lighting observation.

The light output brightness is continuously adjustable through the built-in control knob, matching different detection scenes such as internal pipeline wall observation, tiny crack inspection of metal castings, welding seam flaw detection and electronic circuit surface checking. Standard optical fiber interface is reserved on the fuselage, which can be docked with various common industrial hard tubes and flexible borescope fiber light guides to transmit high-brightness light into narrow, closed and deep inner cavities that cannot be observed directly by naked eyes.

The whole machine adopts compact metal casing with dustproof and anti-interference performance, adapting to complex working environments in machinery processing workshops, automobile maintenance workshops, aerospace component inspection workshops and chemical equipment overhaul sites. The internal circuit is equipped with overcurrent, overheat automatic protection modules. When the internal temperature is abnormally high or the fiber circuit is short-circuited, the power supply will be automatically cut off to protect the light source bulb and the whole lamp body structure.

The built-in high-quality bulb features long service life and low light attenuation rate, maintaining consistent illumination intensity in long-term continuous working state. The bottom is equipped with anti-slip fixing structure, which can be stably placed on the workbench without shaking during inspection operation. As the essential supporting light source device for Olympus industrial visual detection system, ILP-1 effectively improves the definition of flaw imaging, helps inspectors accurately find tiny defects inside workpieces, reduces missed detection rate, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of industrial nondestructive testing and equipment maintenance inspection work.
