GE GF868 is a dedicated monitoring instrument developed for flare gas measurement scenarios, equipped with patented Correlation Transit-Time™ ultrasonic measurement technology and exclusive molecular weight calculation algorithm, which can accurately compute mass flow data of mixed hydrocarbon gas and correct measurement errors caused by non-hydrocarbon gas componentsPanametria.... The equipment supports single-channel and dual-channel measurement configurations, applicable to pipelines ranging from 50mm to 3000mm, compatible with all metal pipeline materials commonly used in industrial sites.
The whole measuring system adopts external clamping installation without cutting pipelines or stopping production during construction. There are no movable internal parts or medium contact components inside the transducer, which is resistant to damp gas, particle impurities and corrosive flare medium, effectively lowering long-term maintenance workload and failure probability.
