GE M27R Industrial Dew Point Moisture Sensor Probe
GE M27R is an alumina moisture sensing probe under GE Panametrics, applied for continuous trace moisture and dew point measurement in industrial gas pipelines. It features robust mechanical shielding and stable measurement performance for long-term online monitoring of process gas media.
Description
GE M27R is a mainstream original moisture detection probe produced by GE Panametrics, specially developed for precise trace water content detection in high-purity gas, natural gas and industrial process gas pipelines. The product adopts mature alumina capacitance sensing principle, which can stably capture trace moisture content in ppm to ppb range and output accurate dew point data for upper analytical equipment.
The M27R model is fitted with reinforced stainless steel protective housing. The built-in filter structure blocks tiny solid particles in the pipeline from scratching and damaging the sensitive sensing chip, greatly extending the service life of the core sensing element. Standard pipeline thread interfaces are reserved on the probe body, supporting direct mounting on gas pipelines, pressure vessels and gas sampling cabinets with easy field installation and fixation.
Built-in temperature compensation assembly calibrates measured data in real time according to the medium temperature, effectively eliminating measurement errors caused by ambient temperature drift. All factory calibration data is solidified inside the probe, with calibration results traceable to international standard measurement systems, ensuring consistent measuring accuracy in long-term uninterrupted operation. The internal circuit is equipped with anti-electromagnetic interference design, adapting to complex electromagnetic environments in chemical plants, power stations and oil & gas stations.
The probe is perfectly matched with GE series moisture analyzers, realizing bidirectional data communication, real-time data transmission and online self-checking functions. It passes rigorous pressure resistance, damp heat aging and vibration tests before leaving the factory, with intrinsic safety design that can be used in general hazardous explosive gas areas. In routine industrial operation and equipment maintenance, standardized plug wiring reduces replacement difficulty and system downtime. It is widely used in compressed air drying monitoring, hydrogen gas purification detection, natural gas dehydration monitoring and semiconductor high-purity gas quality control, effectively avoiding pipeline corrosion and device failure induced by excessive moisture inside gas systems.
