Description

GE M2LRZ is a dedicated pressure regulation accessory supporting HygroPro moisture transmitters and CRV series flow control valves, commonly assembled inside sample conditioning cabinets for gas analysis measurement loops. The structural coding M2LRZ defines the flow range, pressure drop parameters and port configuration of the pressure reducer, which is calibrated strictly at the factory to match the working pressure requirements of GE online analytical instruments.

The main valve body is manufactured with 316 stainless steel, featuring excellent resistance to trace corrosive gases, moisture and condensed liquid droplets carried in process gas. Internal precision spring-diaphragm adjustment structure achieves constant outlet pressure output even with obvious fluctuation of inlet pipeline pressure, effectively suppressing pressure pulses generated by compressors and pipeline pressure variations. High-purity fluoropolymer seals are adopted for internal flow channels, avoiding medium contamination, which satisfies the measurement standards for high-purity gas in chemical and semiconductor industries.

This component features a compact modular design, convenient for inline installation in sampling pipelines with standard thread interfaces, requiring no complex auxiliary fixing brackets. Equipped with built-in overpressure relief structure, it automatically releases excess pressure to shield downstream hygrometers and analytical sensors from overpressure impact damage. No extra power supply is required for mechanical pressure regulation, improving the reliability of field sampling loops and reducing potential electrical failure risks in explosion-proof hazardous areas.

It is widely matched with GE trace moisture monitoring systems applied to natural gas transmission stations, power plant instrument air pipelines, petrochemical synthesis gas pipelines and industrial inert gas monitoring links.
