Description
GE CRV-05-MB is a precision pressure regulating valve specially developed for GE HygroPro moisture transmitters and Panametrics gas analysis systems. The CRV-05 represents the valve nominal specification, while MB stands for built-in Modbus RTU communication interface, realizing digital data upload and remote parameter adjustment with upper control systems. The valve body uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel as the main structural material, adapting to pure process gas, compressed air and low-corrosiveness process media in petrochemical, power and gas industries.
Its internal precision diaphragm regulating structure can implement stable micro flow and pressure regulation within the rated working range, restrain instantaneous pressure surges and flow fluctuations inside sampling pipelines. This steady flow condition effectively eliminates measurement drift errors of humidity sensors and gas analyzers caused by unstable sample gas supply.
