Description
This HygroPro customized model belongs to GE’s professional hygrometer product lineup, tailored with fixed parameter coding HygroPro-1-2-W-4-0-0-0-S to match specific installation structure, signal output mode, probe structure and internal configuration requirements. The core measurement unit adopts advanced thin-film polymer sensing chip, which features fast response speed, high measurement repeatability and strong anti-pollution capability, suitable for long-term online measurement of trace water content in natural gas, compressed air, nitrogen and various industrial process gases.
The internal circuit module is equipped with built-in temperature compensation algorithm and hardware temperature correction unit. It automatically offsets measurement deviations caused by drastic changes in ambient temperature and medium temperature, ensuring stable measurement precision under fluctuating working conditions. Multiple layers of filter protection structures are arranged at the gas contact end of the probe, effectively blocking solid particles, liquid droplets and light oil mist in the airflow to prevent the sensing element from being contaminated and failing prematurely.
This transmitter supports standard industrial signal output modes to dock seamlessly with DCS, PLC and data acquisition hosts commonly used in chemical plants, power plants and gas stations.
