Description
Measurement Principle & Electrical Performance
Adopts transit-time ultrasonic measurement principle, uses bidirectional ultrasonic probes to capture sound wave transmission time difference in gas medium, calculates gas flow velocity and accumulates flow volume through internal high-speed operation algorithm. Built-in flow turbulence correction and low-flow compensation algorithm to ensure stable measurement accuracy under low flow and pulsating flare gas conditions. Equipped with isolated 4–20mA analog output, relay alarm contacts and serial communication interface for data upload to DCS control system. All calibration parameters are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Core circuit boards pass high-low temperature aging screening to adapt to long-term continuous online measurement.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
The whole machine adopts industrial-grade sealed cabinet structure, optional general protection type and explosion-proof enclosure for Zone 2 hazardous areas. The internal circuit is coated with conformal coating to resist damp, dust and weak corrosive gas erosion in chemical plant environments. The working ambient temperature ranges from -20℃ ~ +60℃, with strong anti-vibration performance to adapt to the vibration environment of flare pipelines and factory exhaust pipelines, and fully meets industrial EMC electromagnetic compatibility requirements. Supports long-distance wiring layout of gas ultrasonic sensors.
