GE MMS35-311-1-100 Wall-mounted Dew Point Monitoring Analyzer
Description
Measurement Principle & Electrical Performance
The device processes impedance signals fed back from alumina sensors, and calculates real-time dew point value with built-in temperature compensation algorithm to suppress temperature-induced measurement drift. It provides galvanically isolated 4–20mA analog output and multi-channel programmable relay alarms for linkage with DCS and PLC systems. Backlit LCD screen supports multi-unit switching display including dew point, frost point and ppmv. All calibration coefficients and user configuration data are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Internal electronic components pass high and low temperature aging screening to sustain stable measurement precision during long-term uninterrupted operation.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
Designed for standard cabinet panel installation; internal PCB is coated with conformal coating against moisture, dust and mild corrosive gas. The instrument complies with industrial EMC standards to resist electromagnetic interference from compressors, inverters and power distribution equipment in factories. Sealed terminal structure prevents water vapor and dust erosion on internal circuits, with an operating ambient temperature range of -20℃ ~ +60℃. The whole unit features excellent shock resistance to adapt to field pipeline vibration environments.
Matched Components & Application Scenarios
Compatible probes: M21R, MS29, NC22, Ni2 full M-series alumina sensors
Matching accessories: DRC-100X pressure regulator, sampling filter, MG101 calibrator
Main applications: Power plant generator hydrogen dew point monitoring, compressed air dryer efficiency detection, heat treatment protective gas measurement, high-purity industrial gas moisture monitoring. Serves as replacement spare when the original analyzer has display failure, signal drift or alarm malfunction.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
No internal mechanical wearing parts reduces daily maintenance workload and operational costs. Factory unified calibration guarantees consistent measuring accuracy after field replacement. Plug wiring structure simplifies on-site installation and commissioning to cut equipment downtime. Original genuine MMS35 unit effectively prevents probe burnout and circuit overload risks brought by inferior substitutes. Shockproof sealed packaging satisfies long-term spare parts storage needs, and overall measuring performance stays stable under dry constant-temperature storage conditions.
