GE Panametrics 399857-pr Transducer Clamp Hardware Assembly
Description
Mechanical & Matching Performance
The whole set adopts size tolerance matched with standard probe shell, with uniform clamping pressure distribution to prevent probe displacement caused by pipeline vibration, water hammer and temperature variation. The built-in elastic buffer gasket eliminates rigid extrusion deformation, keeps consistent coupling clearance for a long time and avoids measurement fluctuation caused by loose probe. All hardware is machined according to factory drawing standards, perfectly compatible with the outer contour of M9LW and PWO6J8 series sensors. The assembly undergoes fatigue testing to maintain stable clamping force under long-term field working conditions.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
Main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, with surface passivation treatment, resisting damp atmosphere, weak acid mist and outdoor rain erosion. The assembly is applicable to ambient temperature range of -40℃ ~ +70℃, matching carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and plastic pipes of common specifications. The overall structure has good shock resistance, adapts to pump unit vibration in thermal power, petrochemical and municipal water supply sites, and will not rust or seize under long-term outdoor working conditions.
Matched Components & Application Scenarios
Matching ultrasonic probes: PWO6J8-4S, M9LW weatherproof clamp-on transducer
Matching flow transmitters: XMT868, XMT868I explosion-proof flowmeter, AT868 wall-mounted ultrasonic flow transmitter
Matching auxiliary materials: ultrasonic coupling grease, P1392 signal coaxial cable
Core application scenarios: industrial circulating water metering, petrochemical process liquid monitoring, municipal water supply and drainage flow measurement, open-air pipeline flow monitoring. It is a necessary replacement spare part when the original clamp is rusted, broken or loosened.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
Standard split assembly structure supports quick on-site disassembly and probe reinstallation without cutting pipelines or stopping production. High structural rigidity reduces later maintenance frequency; original standard size avoids poor coupling effect caused by non-standard hardware replacement. Complete sets of accessories are packaged for easy field replacement, shortening equipment debugging downtime. Shockproof sealed packaging meets long-term spare parts inventory requirements, and mechanical performance remains stable in dry storage environment.
