  • Electrical & Acoustic Performance

    Built-in piezoelectric chip with fixed resonant frequency matching the host transmitting and receiving circuit. The built-in long waveguide structure isolates heat conduction to prevent high temperature from damaging the piezoelectric core component. Integrated temperature sensing element automatically compensates sound velocity changes caused by medium temperature fluctuation and optimizes overall measurement precision. Strict impedance matching suppresses signal attenuation during long-distance cable transmission. Each USL-42 undergoes acoustic response calibration and signal amplitude detection before factory delivery to maintain stable signal output and low repeat error during long-term continuous measurement.

    The wetted contact part is made of high-strength stainless steel material, supporting medium temperature up to 230℃.
