1200HR is a high-temperature wetted insertion ultrasonic transducer under Panametrics ultrasonic measurement product line, matched with XMT868, GS868, XMT868i flow transmitters. It adopts waveguide heat isolation structure, solves the measurement difficulty of high-temperature liquid/steam medium, realizes inline contact-type ultrasonic flow detection, cooperates with P1392 dedicated coaxial cables to build high-temperature flow metering system for thermal and petrochemical working conditions

  • Electrical & Acoustic Performance
    Built-in high-temperature resistant piezoelectric chip with matched resonant frequency, matched with the transmitting and receiving circuit of 868 series host. The built-in long waveguide structure isolates high-temperature heat conduction to protect the piezoelectric element from overheating failure. Integral built-in temperature sensing element compensates sound velocity deviation caused by medium temperature change, optimizes measurement accuracy under wide temperature fluctuation. Strict impedance matching reduces signal attenuation during long-distance cable transmission. Each transducer undergoes acoustic response testing and amplitude calibration before factory delivery, with stable signal transmission and low measurement repeat error during long-term continuous operation.

    The wetted part is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel material, the whole structure can adapt to medium temperature up to 260℃.
