Water vapor permeates the gold film and is adsorbed on the alumina layer, changing the capacitance value linearly proportional to water vapor partial pressure to realize absolute humidity measurement. Built-in integrated thermistor achieves real-time temperature compensation to suppress temperature drift and measurement hysteresis. Each probe is individually calibrated with NIST-traceable standard moisture gas, featuring fast response speed (63% step response<5s) and long-term calibration stability.
