GE MMS35-331-1-100 Intrinsically Safe Dew Point Moisture Analyzer
Description
Measurement Principle & Electrical Performance
Processes impedance signals from thin-film alumina sensors, calculates real moisture data with built-in temperature compensation to weaken temperature measurement drift. This intrinsically safe version complies with EEx ia IIC T4 explosion-proof standard, outputs galvanically isolated 4–20mA analog signal plus multi-channel fault & process relay alarms. Backlit LCD displays dew point / frost point / ppmv three forms of data, membrane keypad supports local parameter setting. All calibration coefficients are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Core electronic components pass high-low temperature aging to ensure long-term stable measurement. Measuring range covers low frost point down to -110°C dew point, with fast response speed for dry gas monitoring.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
Supports panel embedded installation mode; internal PCB is coated with conformal coating against moisture, dust and weak corrosive gas. The whole machine meets industrial EMC standards, resisting interference from compressors, inverters and power distribution equipment in chemical plants and gas stations. Sealed wiring terminals prevent vapor and dust erosion to internal circuits, suitable for Class II Division 2 flammable gas working environments. The instrument shell has good shock resistance to adapt to field pipeline vibration conditions.
Matched Components & Application Scenarios
Compatible with full series M-type alumina probes, PRE-6-40 pressure regulators and CRL-10-H-H sampling filters; regular calibration can be realized by MG101 dew point calibrator. Widely used for hydrogen dew point monitoring of power generators, natural gas pipeline moisture detection, inert shielding gas monitoring in heat treatment industry and high-purity gas humidity testing for semiconductor manufacturing. It is used for host replacement when the original analyzer has measurement drift, alarm failure and display abnormality.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
Each unit passes NIST-traceable gas calibration and continuous power-on aging test before delivery to guarantee batch measurement consistency. No internal mechanical wearing parts effectively reduce daily maintenance workload. Standard plug wiring mode shortens field replacement debugging time and production downtime loss. Original GE analyzers avoid probe burnout and circuit overload risks caused by inferior substitutes. Shockproof sealed packaging meets long-term spare parts storage requirements, and overall measurement performance remains stable under dry constant-temperature storage environments.
