GE 710-1158 Front Display & Keypad PCB Assembly
Description
Electrical Performance & Core Function
This board receives display data and instruction feedback signals transmitted by the main control board 703-1403-02 through the internal bus. It drives the liquid crystal screen to display instantaneous flow, total flow, working state and fault alarm information, and completes key signal acquisition and upload. Built-in anti-jamming filter circuit suppresses clutter interference caused by industrial field power noise and vibration. The backlight drive unit provides stable screen backlight output; key trigger signals are processed with debounce algorithm to avoid misoperation. All display parameters and key calibration data are solidified in local storage without loss after power failure. Core electronic components pass high-low temperature aging screening to ensure stable human-computer interaction for long-term continuous operation.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
The PCB is coated with conformal coating for moisture, dust and weak corrosion resistance, adapting to humid, dusty working environments such as petrochemical flare stations, thermal power workshops and outdoor pipe gallery instrument cabinets. The board outline size, fixed hole positions and plug interface fully follow the original factory standard, supporting direct buckle installation on the instrument front panel without modifying internal wiring layout. Reinforced soldering structure prevents poor contact caused by long-term equipment vibration and temperature alternation, complying with industrial EMC anti-interference standards. The integrated silicone keypad structure has good sealing performance to prevent water vapor and dust from invading internal circuits.
Matched Equipment & Application Scenarios
Applicable to XMT868/XMT868i liquid ultrasonic flowmeters, GF868 flare gas ultrasonic flow transmitters. Widely used in petrochemical fluid metering, refinery flare gas emission statistics, power plant circulating water measurement and coal chemical pipeline flow monitoring scenarios. It solves common faults such as screen blackout, blurred display, key failure and unresponsive panel operation caused by display board aging and component damage.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
Each finished board passes display brightness test, key function verification and continuous power-on aging inspection before delivery to guarantee consistent batch performance. After replacement, the original instrument process parameters are completely retained, plug-and-play installation effectively shortens on-site maintenance duration and production downtime loss. Original GE genuine boards can avoid display screen flickering and mainboard communication abnormality risks brought by inferior generic display panels. Shockproof sealed packaging meets long-term spare parts warehouse storage requirements, and display & keypad working performance will not produce obvious attenuation under dry constant-temperature storage conditions.
