GE MTS6-3-2-1-0 Trace Moisture Dew Point Transmitter
Description
Measurement Principle & Electrical Performance
The device acquires impedance variation signals from thin-film alumina sensors, and calculates real dew point, frost value and ppm moisture content through built-in operational algorithm with built-in temperature compensation to weaken temperature-induced measurement deviation. It is configured with galvanically isolated 4–20mA analog output and multi-group fault & process alarm relays for data uploading to PLC and DCS control systems. Probe signal wiring supports long-distance field wiring layout. All calibration records and device parameters are stored in non-volatile memory with no data loss after power outage. Internal electronic components undergo high-low temperature aging screening to guarantee stable long-term unattended operation.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
Standard panel embedded structure fits universal cabinet installation dimensions, equipped with local LCD display and physical keys for on-site data check and parameter modification. The internal circuit board is coated with conformal coating against moisture, dust and mild corrosive gas, adapting to gas metering stations, thermal power hydrogen rooms and chemical sampling cabinet environments. The product complies with industrial EMC criteria to resist electromagnetic disturbance from compressors, frequency converters and power distribution facilities on site. Sealed wiring terminals prevent vapor and dust from invading internal circuits.
Matched Components & Application Scenarios
Compatible with MS29 / MS32 moisture probes, PRE-6-40 pressure regulators and CRL-10-H-H sampling filters; supports regular calibration using MG101 calibrator. Widely applied to generator hydrogen dew point monitoring, compressed air drying system supervision, natural gas pipeline moisture detection and ultra-high purity gas humidity measurement in semiconductor industries. It serves as replacement equipment to restore normal operation of gas moisture measurement loops and avoid production risks triggered by excessive water vapor in process gas.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
Each unit passes full function verification, signal matching calibration and powered aging test before delivery to keep uniform batch performance. No wearable moving parts reduce routine maintenance frequency and operating costs. Standard replacement and configuration workflows cut equipment downtime and manual maintenance expenses. Authentic GE transmitters effectively prevent measurement drift and probe overload damage brought by generic alternative modules. Shockproof sealed packaging adapts to long-term spare parts storage, and overall working performance keeps stable under dry constant-temperature storage conditions.
