GE MS32 Alumina Trace Moisture Probe
Description
Measurement & Electrical Performance
Adopts mature thin-film alumina sensing principle; the dielectric film changes impedance synchronously with gas moisture concentration, matched built-in thermistor executes real-time temperature compensation to eliminate temperature-induced measurement drift. The sensor outputs weak analog signals stably for host algorithm conversion into dew point, frost point and ppmv numerical values. Every single probe is calibrated with NIST-traceable standard gas before delivery, featuring low hysteresis and fast response speed. Internal sensing elements pass high-low temperature aging screening to maintain measurement stability under long-term continuous sampling operation.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
The probe body adopts 316 stainless steel overall structure, equipped with sintered stainless steel protective mesh to block pipeline dust, particulate impurities and liquid droplets, effectively preventing sensing film contamination and performance attenuation. Standard threaded process interface is compatible with sampling pipelines, sampling cabinets and PRE-6-40 pressure reducing valve assemblies. The sealed structure adapts to humid, dusty and mildly corrosive working conditions of thermal power hydrogen loops, natural gas stations and chemical workshops. The whole component resists pipeline vibration and ambient temperature alternating changes, conforming to industrial EMC anti-interference requirements.
Matched Equipment & Application Scenarios
Compatible with MMS35 series analyzers, MTS6 transmitters, HygroPro transmitters, matched with CRL-10-H-H sampling filters and MG101 calibration device for regular calibration verification. Widely applied to generator hydrogen dew point monitoring, compressed air drying system quality monitoring, natural gas pipeline water content detection and ultra-high purity gas moisture measurement in semiconductor manufacturing. It serves as core wearable spare part when the original probe is polluted, aged or fails.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
All MS32 probes pass air tightness test and moisture characteristic calibration before shipment to guarantee consistent batch precision. No internal movable consumable parts lower daily maintenance frequency and operation cost. Field disassembly and replacement steps are standardized, greatly shortening system downtime loss. Original GE probes effectively avoid measurement drift and host circuit overload damage caused by generic replacement sensors. Shockproof sealed packaging meets long-term spare parts storage requirements, and sensing performance keeps stable under dry constant-temperature storage environments.
