Description

  • Working Principle & Core Performance

    This pressure regulator adopts diaphragm pressure sensing and spring balance structure to automatically adjust the valve opening. It offsets inlet pressure fluctuation and flow variation, maintaining fixed stable outlet pressure for sample gas delivery. Built-in fine filter screen intercepts tiny particulate impurities in sample gas to prevent valve core abrasion and blockage. Strict pressure linear calibration is implemented before factory delivery to keep outlet pressure constant under long-term continuous gas supply. Internal pressure-bearing components undergo pressure fatigue testing to avoid pressure drifting during long-time operation.

    The valve body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with fluorine-free sealing elements, compatible with conventional industrial process gas such as hydrogen, natural gas and compressed air. Compact inline installation structure fits neatly inside sampling cabinets together with CRL-10-H-H filters and moisture probes. The whole assembly is dust-proof and splash-proof, adapting to thermal power hydrogen sampling cabinets, chemical sampling pipelines and outdoor gas metering stations.
