Measurement Principle & Electrical Performance
The host converts impedance signals fed back by alumina sensors into real dew point, frost point and ppm moisture values through built-in operational algorithms, equipped with automatic temperature correction to offset measurement deviation caused by gas temperature changes. This intrinsically safe configuration meets explosion-proof certification standards, with galvanically isolated 4–20mA analog output and multi-group form C alarm relays. Built-in watchdog and surge protection circuits resist industrial grid surge impact; all calibration data and parameter configurations are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Core electronic components pass high-low temperature aging screening to ensure stable long-term continuous online measurement.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
Adopts standard panel embedded installation structure with explosion-proof safe circuit design. Internal PCB is coated with moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion conformal coating, adapting to damp, dusty and slightly corrosive environments such as natural gas stations, petrochemical workshops and hydrogen system rooms of power plants. The whole machine complies with industrial EMC standards, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference from compressors, inverters and power distribution equipment on site. The probe supports long-distance cable wiring, which is convenient for layout of field sampling points. The shell has good sealing performance to prevent external pollutants from invading internal circuits.

Compatible with M2L, MISP2, MTS5 alumina probes, CRL-10-H-H sampling filter components, and supports traceable calibration via MG101 dew point calibrator. Widely applied to hydrogen dew point monitoring of generator sets, moisture detection of natural gas pipelines, drying system monitoring of compressed air, and ultra-high purity gas humidity measurement in semiconductor and chemical industries. It can replace faulty original analyzers to restore the normal operation of the gas moisture monitoring system and avoid safety hazards and production losses caused by out-of-standard process gas.
