- Measurement Principle & Electrical PerformanceThe transmitter collects impedance variation signals from alumina moisture probes, and calculates real dew point, frost point and ppm moisture concentration through built-in algorithm. Equipped with built-in automatic temperature compensation unit to eliminate measurement errors caused by medium temperature fluctuations. It provides galvanically isolated 4–20mA analog output and configurable fault alarm relay contacts for data uploading to PLC and DCS systems. All calibration data and parameter settings are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power interruption. Internal electronic components are screened via high-low temperature aging to maintain stable measurement under uninterrupted long-term industrial operation.
