GE 703-1515 Analog Output Interface Board

GE 703-1515 is an original analog output spare circuit board for Panametrics XMT868 and GF868 ultrasonic flow transmitters. It converts internal digital flow data into standard 4–20mA analog signals for remote transmission to centralized DCS and PLC control systems.

Description

  • Electrical Performance & Core Function

The module carries digital-to-analog conversion circuits and galvanic isolation circuits. It converts computed flow rate, total flow and diagnostic status data into accurate isolated 4–20mA current signals. Built-in surge suppression and EMI filtering circuits shield the board from grid voltage surges and field electromagnetic noise to prevent signal drift and output disorder. Factory calibration matches the electrical logic of the host main control board 703-1403-02 directly after installation without complex calibration. All electronic components pass high-low temperature aging treatment to sustain stable analog output during long-term continuous online operation.

  • Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability

The whole PCB is coated with conformal coating for moisture, dust and weak corrosion resistance, adapting to petrochemical stations, thermal power workshops and outdoor pipe gallery installation environments. Board outline dimensions, mounting holes and pin definitions strictly follow original factory standards for direct plug-in assembly inside the transmitter housing without wiring modification. It meets industrial EMC standards and works steadily under interference from on-site converters, pumps and power distribution equipment. Reinforced solder joints resist bad contact caused by long-term equipment vibration and ambient temperature alternation.

  • Matched Equipment & Application Scenarios

Applicable to XMT868, XMT868i liquid ultrasonic flow transmitters and GF868 flare gas flow meters. Widely used in chemical fluid transportation metering, refinery flare gas monitoring, power plant circulating water measurement and coal chemical pipeline flow monitoring. It fixes faults such as no analog output, signal offset and unstable current value caused by board aging and component damage.

  • Stability & Maintenance Advantages

Each board undergoes DA conversion precision testing, isolation performance inspection and powered aging test before delivery to guarantee consistent batch performance. Instrument original configuration data will not be cleared after board replacement, shortening field maintenance time and production downtime loss. Genuine GE boards can protect the mainboard from overload damage induced by poor external loop circuits. Shockproof sealed packaging is suitable for long-term spare parts storage, and circuit output performance will not degrade obviously under dry constant-temperature storage conditions.
