GE MMS35-621-1-100 Dew Point Moisture Monitor

GE MMS35-621-1-100 is a single-channel industrial trace moisture transmitter of Panametrics MMS35 series, paired with alumina moisture probes to realize continuous online dew point measurement of process gas for industrial pipeline gas quality monitoring.

Description

  • Measurement & Electrical Performance
This analyzer acquires impedance variation signals from M2L, MISP2, MTS5 series alumina probes, calculates real dew point, frost point and ppm moisture content via internal operational algorithm. It supports isolated 4–20mA analog output and multi-group relay alarm outputs for data uploading to DCS and PLC control systems. Built-in digital temperature compensation circuit automatically offsets measuring deviation caused by gas temperature changes. System configuration data and calibration records are saved in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Internal electronic components pass high-low temperature aging screening to sustain stable long-term uninterrupted operation.
  • Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
The device supports panel embedded installation with standard panel size, equipped with backlit LCD display and membrane buttons for local parameter configuration and real-time data viewing. Internal circuit boards are coated with anti-moisture conformal coating to adapt to dusty, humid and mildly corrosive working environments of gas stations, thermal power plants and chemical workshops. It meets industrial EMC standards and effectively resists electromagnetic interference from compressors, frequency converters and power distribution equipment on site. The probe signal cable allows long-distance wiring layout for field sampling points.
  • Matching Parts & Application Scenarios
Matched with GE full series alumina moisture probes, CRL-10-H-H sampling filters and MG101 calibration devices. Mainly applied in generator hydrogen dew point monitoring, compressed air drying system detection, natural gas pipeline moisture monitoring and ultra-pure gas humidity measurement for semiconductor manufacturing. It replaces faulty original hosts to restore the normal operation of the gas moisture monitoring system and prevent unqualified process gas from affecting production safety.
  • Stability & Maintenance Advantages
Each unit passes overall function test, signal matching calibration and powered aging test before delivery to ensure uniform batch performance. The equipment has no easily worn moving parts, lowering daily maintenance workload. Field replacement and parameter setting procedures are standardized to reduce equipment shutdown loss and labor costs. Original GE hosts avoid measuring drift and probe overload damage induced by generic alternative products. Shockproof sealed packaging is suitable for long-term spare parts storage, and overall working performance will not degrade evidently under dry constant-temperature storage conditions.
