GE MMS35 Single Channel Dew Point Moisture Analyzer
Description
Core Working Principle & Electrical Performance
The analyzer matches M series thin-film alumina probes to convert the impedance signal changed by water vapor into digital data, and calculates real-time dew point, frost point and ppmv moisture content through built-in algorithms. The measurable dew point range covers -110℃ ~ +60℃, with the calibrated precision reaching ±2℃ within the conventional measurement interval, supporting automatic electronic self-calibration to reduce long-term measurement driftManualsLib. Equipped with one isolated 4–20mA analog output channel, one fault alarm relay and two optional limit alarm relays, the measured data can be uploaded to PLC and DCS systems for centralized control. The built-in watchdog circuit monitors the operating status of the whole machine in real time and triggers fault alarms when hardware is abnormal. All configuration parameters and calibration data are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Internal electronic components pass high-low temperature aging screening to maintain stable operation under long-term continuous working conditions.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
Four installation forms are available: cabinet rack type, desktop type, panel embedded type and NEMA4X waterproof outdoor type to adapt to different installation scenarios such as indoor control rooms and field pipeline areas. The front panel is equipped with backlit LCD display and membrane operation keys, supporting real-time data viewing and parameter setting operation. The internal circuit board is coated with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion conformal coating, resisting damp air, dust and trace corrosive gas in chemical plants, power plants and natural gas stations. The equipment complies with industrial EMC anti-interference standards and can shield electromagnetic interference from field compressors, inverters and power distribution equipment. The probe supports a transmission distance of up to 610 meters through ordinary twisted-pair cables, with flexible field layout space.
Matching Equipment & Application Scenarios
Compatible with full models of GE M2L, MISP2, MIS2, MTS5 and other alumina moisture probesManualsLib. Widely used in thermal power generator hydrogen dew point monitoring, natural gas pipeline transportation moisture detection, compressed air drying system quality monitoring, petrochemical process gas purification monitoring and electronic industry ultra-high purity gas trace moisture detection. It can replace the faulty original host to quickly restore the normal operation of the moisture measurement system and avoid the hidden danger of unqualified process gas quality.
Stability & Maintenance Advantages
Each MMS35 analyzer completes whole machine function test, signal matching calibration and long-time power-on aging inspection before delivery to ensure consistent performance of each batch of products. The built-in automatic calibration function reduces the frequency of offline professional calibration by users and lowers the use cost. Daily maintenance only needs regular inspection of probe sealing state and pipeline sampling filter elements, with low maintenance technical threshold. Adopting original GE host can effectively prevent measurement deviation and probe load damage caused by incompatible generic analysis equipment. Shockproof sealed packaging is suitable for long-term storage in industrial spare parts warehouses, and the overall operating performance will not have obvious attenuation under dry constant-temperature storage environment.
