Description

  • Working Principle & Core Performance

    This equipment relies on dry nitrogen as the only gas source. Dry gas is split into two paths: one path passes through a saturator to form saturated wet gas, then mixed with pure dry gas through primary dilution and secondary dilution to output controllable and repeatable dew point gas samples. The adjustable dew/frost point range covers -75°C ~ +10°C, with calibration accuracy up to ±1°C, meeting the trace moisture calibration demands of industrial gas monitoring equipment. Equipped with four precision rotameters with regulating valves, pressure regulators, filter elements and built-in temperature gauges to realize visual flow regulation and real-time temperature reading. The whole set adopts pure mechanical structural design with no electronic components, inherently explosion-proof, applicable to flammable and explosive industrial sites. Stable gas output effectively eliminates measurement drift faults of moisture sensors caused by long-term online operation.

    Integrated compact cabinet layout with small overall volume for easy transportation and field deployment. Internal gas pipeline components are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to avoid medium contamination during gas preparation. Each gas circuit interface adopts sealed connection structure to prevent gas leakage during calibration operation. The device has no vulnerable electronic circuits, resisting temperature fluctuation, vibration and dust interference in chemical plants, gas stations and power workshops. The overall structure has good shock resistance, adapting to mobile use in complex field working environments.
